Restaurant Manager
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and handle any customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and maintain customer service standards to enhance guest satisfaction and retention.
- Train and mentor service staff to ensure maximum professionalism amongst team.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to organise events, promotions, and special offers.
- Maintain accurate records of operational and financial activities.
- Prepare and submit reports as required by upper management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
- Strong leadership, organisational, and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in using restaurant management software and basic office applications.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Knowledge of local regulations and standards related to food safety and employment.
