Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily front-of-house operations to ensure smooth service.
- Lead, train, and motivate the floor staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- Manage reservations, guest inquiries, and ensure timely seating and service.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, organization, and professionalism.
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams for seamless coordination.
Requirements:
- Min 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Knowledge of food, wine, and beverage service standards.
- Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
