We are Tiny Healthy Café, a family Cafe focused on the family experience and promoting holistic learning for children through a 2 story play area concept combined with a restaurant, food retail, and retail store. This promotes the holistic and Montessori approach to learning for children.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and train waitstaff to deliver exceptional service.
- Welcome and seat guests, taking reservations as necessary.
- Ensure the smooth flow of service, coordinating with the kitchen staff.
- Assist in maintaining inventory and ordering supplies.
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests with care and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the management team to optimize restaurant operations.
- Uphold cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Head Waiter/Waitress or in a similar role.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverages.
- Customer-focused with a friendly and positive attitude.
- Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
- Knowledge of restaurant software and POS systems is a plus.
- Relevant certifications in food safety or hospitality is advantageous.
