-Villa/Resort Manager

Requirements:

1. Responsibilities
2. Constantly review and appraise the procedure within the staff to ensure quality of service at all times.
3. Monitor the staff skill.
4. Conduct regular briefing with the department staff ensuring good communication at all times.
5. Ensure overtime within the department is minimized and authorized.
6. Ensure all areas in the department are scheduled with staff in accordance with the business demand.
7. Encourage good communication between your team.
8. Other duties as directed by the Management.

Requirements

1. Min. 2 years experience in a similar position.
2. English proficiency, both verbal and written.
3. Guest services oriented.
4. Able to interact with guests, employees and third parties.
5. Good in leadership and communication.
6. Good personality and attitude.
7. Well groomed, motivated and a team player.
8. Able to join immediately.
9. Understand OTE
