Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred, but not required
• Strong knowledge and passion for vegetarian cuisine, including familiarity with plant-based substitutes and alternative cooking techniques
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene practices
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Having knowledge about coffee & juice is a plus
