CAFÉ MANAGER (GREEN SCHOOL) PONDOK AND CAFÉ MANAGER
Job Description:
- Develop and Preparing Menu
- Create new menu's (New menu’s Idea)
- Understanding food produce and set up varieties menu.
- Responsibility for menu’s setup, pricing and costing, food display, and Sales.
- Coordinate with Purchasing for the pre-order and purchase food material.
- Preparing Cafe/FS reports (weekly report, sales, total pre-order and any Issue).
- Preparing a budget report (monthly & yearly).
- Leading the team and make sure the team is following the SOP/Rule.
- Handle complex customer service issues.
- Responsibility for fluctuation of Sales.
- Handle Inventory Checking.
- Understands what is selling and what is not through analyzing and interpreting sales reports.
- Responsible for bringing in new items to increase profits and cutting items that do not sell.
- Maintains the cleanliness and organization of the Cafe, including the area around the cafe.
Qualification:
1. Has knowledge in F&B Industry
2. Min. 2 Years experience in similar position
3. Fluent in English
4. Hospitality education background
5. Has leadership, good attitude and pleasant personality
6. Able to join immediately
