Job Title: Restaurant Operations Manager
Location: Ubud, Bali

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and highly motivated Operations Manager to join our team.
As the Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in the day-to-day operations of our restaurant. We are looking for an individual who is not only passionate about the restaurant industry but also possesses excellent leadership, organizational, and management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- * Coordinating daily restaurant management operations
- * Delivering superior food and beverage service and maximizing customer satisfaction
- * Responding efficiently and accurately to restaurant customer complaints
- * Regularly review product quality and research new vendors
- * Appraise staff performance and provide feedback to improve productivity
- * Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils, and cleaning products - manage inventory
- * Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- * Manage the restaurant’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- * Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- * Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and restaurant events
- * Distribution and storage of ginger beer
- * Communication with stores to upsell ginger beer
- * Recommend ways to reach a broader audience (e.g. discounts and social media ads)
- * Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- * Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations.
- * Hire new and let go of employees as needed.
- * Oversee scheduling for best utilization of labor.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the restaurant industry.
- Demonstrated high level of initiative, strong work ethic, and exceptional organizational skills.
- Excellent leadership and team-building abilities.
- Proficient in inventory management and cost control.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house functions.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa
