Requirements:

• Should have minimum 2 years in the same role and minimum diploma or bachelor degree (All)
• Should have gada pratama certificate (3)
• 3 years Diploma or bachelor degree in hotel management specializes in Front office department (5,6) Speak mandarin fluently and other language is prefered (5)
• Exceptional analysis and problems- solving skill (1,2,4,5,6)
• Should have gada utama certificate (2)
• The ability to manage the staff (1,2)
• Should have Spa training course (7)
• The ability to communicate well in English (AII)
• Teamwork-oriented with outstanding leadership abilities (1,2)
• Highly responsible and reliable (All)
• Ability to focus attention on guest needs (All)
