General Manager

Responsibility General manager:                                Salary starts from 30 mill

1. A general manager is expected to improve efficiency and increase profits while managing the overall operations of a company
2. General manager duties include managing staff, provide effective leadership to hotel team and continual improvement archived
3. Draw up plans and budget (revenue, cost, etc) for owners and make sure on going profitable of the hotel
4. General managers prepare a monthly financial reporting together with accounting for owners and stake holders
5. Set company policies such house rules, payments etc and discuss it with owner before processes it
6. Evaluate operational and financial performance
7. Ensure regulations or system are followed
8. Provide solutions and take ownership of all guest complaints
9. oversee the operations functions of the hotel
10. Hold regural brieving and meetings with all head of department
11. Ensure all decisions are made in the best interest of the hotels and management with owner approval
12. A strong understanding P&L statements and the ability to react with impactful strategies
13. Close monitor hotel business reports on a daily basis and take decisions accordingly
14. Ensure that montly financial outlooks for room, FnB, and general on target and accurate

Education

A university degree in hotel management or related field with experience in opening, excellent computer skill

 

Experience

At least 10-15 Years experience in the hospitality industry with significant luxury, ideally including experience in remote locations

 

Requirement

the candidate should be highly intelegent hotel professional with outstanding, management skills and extensive hands-on experience. Available to work when needed including weekends, holidays and nights
