Our villa Located in Petitenget, requires a talented, hard-working Full-time chef for our international guests

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a luxury villa setting If so, we invite you to join our team for this long term position.

Responsibilities:

As our Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

1. Menu Creation: Designing diverse and exquisite menus to cater to the preferences and dietary requirements of our guests.
2. Meal Preparation: Preparing and cooking meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to deliver outstanding flavors.
3. Presentation: Ensuring that each dish is beautifully presented, maintaining high standards of culinary aesthetics.
4. Kitchen Hygiene: Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
5. Collaboration: Working closely with the villa staff to coordinate meal service and events.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

• Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or villa setting.
• Culinary schooling or equivalent training.
• Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
• Ability to adapt to guests' dietary requirements and preferences.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Excellent Knowledge of local and international cuisine.
• Able to speak English well
