Our villa Located in Petitenget, requires a talented, hard-working Full-time chef for our international guests

This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your culinary skills in a luxury villa setting If so, we invite you to join our team for this long term position.

Responsibilities:

As our Chef, you will be responsible for creating exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Menu Creation: Designing diverse and exquisite menus to cater to the preferences and dietary requirements of our guests.
Meal Preparation: Preparing and cooking meals using fresh, locally sourced ingredients to deliver outstanding flavors.
Presentation: Ensuring that each dish is beautifully presented, maintaining high standards of culinary aesthetics.
Kitchen Hygiene: Upholding impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen area.
Collaboration: Working closely with the villa staff to coordinate meal service and events.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and skills:

Proven experience as a Chef, preferably in a high-end restaurant or villa setting.
Culinary schooling or equivalent training.
Excellent knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Exceptional attention to detail and presentation.
Ability to adapt to guests' dietary requirements and preferences.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Excellent Knowledge of local and international cuisine.
Able to speak English well
