🌟 MICE/Event/Wedding Expertise: You possess strong expertise in Exhibitions/Events (MICE), Wedding planning, and have exceptional sales skills.
🗣 Communication Skills: Your excellent command of English enables you to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
🤝 Personality: You have a winning personality that shines through in your interactions with clients and colleagues.
📅 Organizational Skills: Your organizational skills are top-notch, ensuring every detail of an event is flawlessly executed.
⏳ Availability: You can join us immediately and are not currently engaged with another event organizer.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their event objectives and preferences.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute various events, including MICE events and weddings.
- Prepare and manage event budgets.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors and suppliers.
- Market and sell our event planning services to potential clients.
- Ensure seamless event logistics, from setup to teardown.
- Oversee and manage event staff and contractors.
- Handle any event-related issues or emergencies effectively.
- Maintain strong client relationships and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
