- Minimum 3 years in similar position.
- Strong interpersonal, management & organization skills.
- Good communicator with strong motivational/leadership abilities. Guest service oriented, able to work in a team of talented professionals. Strong hospitality background.
- Dynamic & Innovative with a passion for service.
- Skilled in departmental budget planning, forecasting & cost control. Strong at banqueting.
