Sous Chef

Qualification:

  • Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchen.
  • At least 2 years of Sous Chef
  • experience at resort or hotel.
  • Have a strong working knowledge of worldly cooking philosophies and principle with a good foundation in global cuisines.
  • Strong understanding of HACCP.
  • Proven track record of cost control in cluding food, equipment's, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotel's financial goals.
  • Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership.
  • Able to join immediately.
