Sous Chef
Qualification:
- Responsible for the proper efficiency and profitable functioning of the assigned kitchen.
- At least 2 years of Sous Chef
- experience at resort or hotel.
- Have a strong working knowledge of worldly cooking philosophies and principle with a good foundation in global cuisines.
- Strong understanding of HACCP.
- Proven track record of cost control in cluding food, equipment's, labor and waste to meet the food quality goals and the hotel's financial goals.
- Demonstrate real passion for menu planning and leadership.
- Able to join immediately.
