Qualifications for Chief Finance Officer, are :
Overview position :
The purpose of the position is to focus acting as a first point of oversees all company accounting and finance practices, including accounting departments, preparing budgets, financial reports, tax and audit functions. This positions will directs financial strategy, planning and forecasts; conferring with managing director, VP of sales, and department heads.
This positions will supervise investment and raising of funds for business. Studies, analyzes and reports on trends, opportunities for expansions and projections of future company growth.
Qualifications for Chief Finance Officer, are :
1. Fluent in English both oral and written
2. Have experiences in this position minimum 2-3 years or preferably 6 years experiences in a senior role
3. Preferably in Master degree in Accounting, Finance or Business
4. Certified public accountant is a value plus
5. Have experience to handle Finance and Accounting Team in restaurant background is a value plus
6. Up to date knowledge of current financial and accounting trends and accounting computer applications
7. Broad understanding of business processes, process for audit, and internal control concepts
8. Strong analytical skills required to identify risks and opportunities in the business
9. High level of ethics and integrity ; have ability to build cross discipline relationship
10. Excellent attention to detail.
11. Excellent communication skills and leadership skills
12. Ability to prioritize and multitask efficiently.
13. Must be efficient in Microsoft Office, as well as have strong computer and administrative skills.
