 Hilton Garden Inn Bali Ngurah Rai Airport is looking for dynamic, professional, and passionate candidates to fill the position of:


Personal Assistant to GM


Personal Assistants to the General Manager serving Hilton brands are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role. Experience in an international hotel brand would be an added advantage.

• Good understanding of hotel operations, practices and procedures

• Proficient with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook and office equipment

• Strong communication and human-relation skills

• Excellent command of English (Written & Spoken)


It would be advantageous in this position for you to demonstrate the following capabilities and distinctions:

Degree in Business Administration or equivalent preferred but not required. Additional relevant work experience may substitute for degree

Certification: Certification in Secretarial/Administration skills
